How much does it cost?
Solo LO is $104/month per loan officer and Team (up to 5 loan officers) is $349/month — launch pricing, 30% off the $149 and $499 list prices, locked in while you stay subscribed. Both start with a 3-day trial, card required. Prices as of October 2026.
Are you a lender?
No. We are not a lender. We write drafts only; you send every message, and we never contact the borrower.
What lead sources work?
Zillow, website forms, and any email notification for a mortgage inquiry. Forward the notification email; no platform or CRM login is needed.
How do I forward leads?
After you sign in, your desk shows your own forwarding address (leads+your-code@morningreplies.com). Forward or auto-forward your lead emails there. Do not send borrower info until you are on the trial or paid plan.
What time do drafts arrive?
By 8am in your time zone, weekdays. Tell us your time zone when you forward your first lead so we can agree on your delivery schedule.
Do you ever contact borrowers?
No. We never contact the borrower. You review and send every message from your own phone and email.
Do you mention rates or approvals?
No. We do not include rates or approval language. Drafts are for replying to inquiries, not lending decisions.
How is borrower data stored and deleted?
Lead emails are used only to write drafts, never shared, and deleted after 30 days. Intakes and drafts are stored in a protected desk with access limited to your own records and the people preparing your drafts. The 30-day policy also applies to our operations inbox. Do not send sensitive financial documents.
How do I cancel?
Use Manage billing / cancel in the footer, on your next-steps page, or on your desk to open the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancel anytime, update your card, or view invoices there. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge.
Is this for realtors?
No. Morning Replies is for mortgage loan officers and small mortgage teams only.
