The service
Morning Replies prepares mortgage inquiry SMS and email drafts for US loan officers. Weekday drafts arrive by 8am in your agreed time zone. We are not a lender. Drafts only. You send. We never contact the borrower. Drafts do not include rates or approval language and are not lending, legal or compliance advice.
Plans and trial
The individual plan is $104/month per loan officer (launch pricing, 30% off the $149 list price, locked in while you stay subscribed). Team covers up to 5 loan officers for $349/month (launch pricing, 30% off the $499 list price). Both start with a 3-day trial and require a card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the selected monthly price and renews it monthly. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Cancel anytime
Use Manage billing / cancel to open the Stripe Customer Portal and cancel, update your card or view invoices. Cancellation stops future renewals; the portal shows when your trial or paid access ends. For help, contact support@morningreplies.com.
Your responsibilities
Submit only inquiries you are authorized to use. Review every draft for accuracy, consent and applicable lending and communication requirements before sending. Honor all opt-out requests. Mark STOP if a borrower has asked not to be contacted; we will not draft for that inquiry. Do not upload borrower lists or send sensitive financial documents.
Lead data
Lead emails are used only to write drafts, never shared, and deleted after 30 days, including intake records, drafts and operations-inbox copies. Your own copies remain your responsibility. Our privacy policy explains storage, limited operational access and deletion requests.
Availability and changes
Drafting depends on receiving complete inquiries and an agreed time zone. If an inquiry is incomplete or delivery is interrupted, contact support. We cannot guarantee a borrower response, loan approval or business outcome. Any plan-price changes will be communicated before they apply to future renewals.
