Information we receive
We receive your loan officer email address, subscription status, and the lead information you forward or submit: first name, source, time, optional city, inquiry text and any STOP instruction. Only send information needed to write a reply. Do not send Social Security numbers, credit reports, bank details or borrower lists.
How lead data is used
Lead emails are used only to write drafts, never shared, and deleted after 30 days. We do not sell borrower information, use it for advertising, or contact borrowers. You review and send every message from your own phone and email.
Storage and access
Intakes and drafts are stored in a protected desk and delivered to our operations inbox. Access is limited to the submitting loan officer and authorized people preparing their drafts. Service providers process information only to run secure storage, sign-in and email delivery for us; they are not permitted to use lead information for their own purposes.
Deletion
Lead emails, intake information and associated drafts are deleted after 30 days. This retention policy also applies to copies in our operations inbox. Copies you retain in your own inbox or devices remain under your control. Subscription and payment records are separate from lead data and may be retained for billing and legal obligations.
Payments and sign-in
Stripe processes payment details. We do not store your full card number. Sign-in uses your email address and a one-time code or magic link. Essential sign-in storage keeps your desk session available.
Your choices and contact
To request access, correction or earlier deletion of your information, email support@morningreplies.com. We may verify that you own the relevant loan officer email before acting. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page.
